Comments: The crew showed up on time the 1st day and worked like the professionals they are even though breaking down our drive was probably one of the hardest jobs they ever had (lots of thick rebar). The job progressed as promised and the result is fabulous (we redid our driveway, replaced parts of the circle drive, and added a sidewalk going to the deck). The crew was friendly, professional, and worked very well together as a whole. They left the site looking as good as when they came: took all their debris, power washed, replaced dirt and put in grass seed at the edges. We had looked at previous jobs DiMambro had done before we signed with them and couldn't understand why the people got so excited about a cement company. Now we know why and will enthusiastically endorse them ourselves.

Two years since replacement and still looks very good. It's important to apply a sealant to the normal concrete when wet for proper cure.

Comments: I had the great pleasure to hire DiMambro Construction to redo my driveway, make an exposed aggregate sidewalk and back patio for our family. Alex, the lead contractor, was the most honest and knowledgeable cement contractor I have ever dealt with. I called three other contractors from home advisor to do this project for me. One contractor didn't even call me back, and the other contractor was not knowledgeable about the job and unprofessional. When Alex arrived from DiMambro Construction, he explained to me, in simple terms, what the job required, what obstacles we needed to tackle during the job, and accurately estimated the job by separate projects for me. Similar to other reviews, he also voluntarily provided his contractor's license, insurance information, and references to me. The thing I loved the most about DiMambro Construction is the detail given in the estimate they provided me (both a diagram and measurements). I immediately felt comfortable with him because of his high expertise and honesty. In regards to the actual work, the quality, timeliness, and commitment to finish the project far exceeded my expectations. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to accommodate our schedule. Mike, the lead foreman, and his crew were meticulous, clean, creative, and fast! My exposed aggregate sidewalk and back patio, as well as my driveway, turned out great! Alex at DiMambro Construction provided the most detailed quote and voluntarily included his contractor's license, insurance information and references. He also followed up with a phone call and responded promptly to questions I had via email. After I told him we wanted him to do the work, he kept me updated regarding scheduling. His crew showed up promptly on the start date, did a great job removing the old driveway and came back the next day to install the new concrete. Mike managed the crew, kept me informed and made sure everything was cleaned up and back in order before they finished. They even power washed the road! Comments: Initially they formed our sidewalk about 3 inches above the grass level. My husband was upset. We called Alex and told him this was not correct and the sidewalk needed to be level with the grass. We are not sure what the crew was thinking... we would have had to step up to get on the sidewalk. A real safety hazzard and not good looking at all. The problem was corrected. But Alex told us that there would be an extra charge. Don't think we should have to pay for their mistake. I do want to say that their work is excellent!! The crew could not have been nicer. When the job is finished they clean up everything. We highly recommend this company!!!!

Comments: Alex and his crew did a great job with my project. The work was completed on four different days. Day 1 They removed my old, cracked, existing 800 sqft concrete patio and 140 linear feet of surrounding curb (18" into the ground, 8" thick) in preparation for the job. All debris was broken up and hauled away. Day 2 Downspout drains and a french drain along the fence were installed. Final patio slope was determined and laser measured, forms were installed, and crushed concrete was compacted to proper level. Day 3 (after a few days of rain) Final adjustments were made. 15 yards of concrete were poured, screeded, floated, and brushed. After the pour, the area of the lawn leading to the patio, and the areas where the trenches were dug for drains were returned to pre-project levels, and re-seeded where necessary. Day 4 Expansion joints were cut, forms were removed, and the entire jobsite was power-washed. NOTES On the first day, my wife and I moved our cars out of the garage onto the street, so they had free reign of the driveway for access to the side yard. We fully expected to not have access to our garage for the duration of the project. To our surprise, they cleaned up after themselves every day, sweeping and hosing off my driveway and the street, leaving orange cones around anything that they left in the street overnight. We were able to use our driveway and garage each night. After wet-cutting the expansion joints (minimal dust), they power-washed not only the new patio surface, but also my bordering privacy fence and garage. Considering the tight space in which they had to maneuver, there was little evidence of them having been in there with heavy equipment once they were done. The Final Price was the same as the initial estimate, something I have never experienced when dealing with contractors. I would definitely hire them again.

Comments: Replaced my driveway. All went great with the driveway project. I give them 5 stars for the driveway however, I have a paver walkway that leads to the driveway and a paver brick bed divider next to the driveway. The crew knocked some of the pavers loose while breaking up the old concrete. I firmly believe that with extra care of the crew this would of not happened. They made an attempt to fix the pavers but not good enough, still loose and uneven. I now had scheduled a paver repair company to fix the paver damage from the concrete crew thus costing me more $$$
